Sales Rep a bit of a pushy cliché
After contacting Voccatel about implementing a getting some new kit, I was met with a bewildering array of products and levels of subscription type. I just wanted a quote on the most simple, non-repeating contract but the rep kept trying to push a 5-year deal with all the bells and whistles – Very poor listening skills
Not As Advertised
I made some enquiries about wifi and cloud-based services, particularly to make sure systems any financial and personal data was secure. The representative that I spoke with seemed more intent on telling me about cellular network coverage (which is not an issue) and some kind of radio system. I have not yet been persuaded that their products are really ready to use or even what i need!
Have They Given Up on Small Enterprises?
We have a total enterprise solution with hardware and software updates from Voccatel and had a good relationship with them for several years. For some reason, we now struggle to get hold of someone to speak to about our upcoming contract renewal and potential upgrades. Are they understaffed or do they not need our business?
Just Too Much Competition
We have just moved our service provider to a Voccatel competitor. Sorry but there are bigger and newer players in the telecoms scene. At the end of the day, having an effective network means having the latest kit, data plans and, for our staff, a bit of cool factor. Voccatel is a bit old-hat now and there are several new players in the market getting plenty more buzz.
