We have used Cyberasurety for many years now. We rarely get any problems, but when we do they’re always at the end of the line to reassure us and make sure we’re all okay. Can’t recommend them enough.

I just wanted a quote on the most simple, non-repeating contract but the rep kept trying to push a 5-year deal with all the bells and whistles – wouldn’t listen

I run IT for a world-class airline and made some enquiries about AI / Machine-Learning live threat detection, particularly to protect financial and personal data. The team that came to talk to us seemed more intent on telling us about cloud-based storage solutions (which we already use) and biometric scanners. We’ve had 3 meetings so far and they have yet to persuade me that their products are really ready to use AI to improve the number of threats detected and flag new potentially malicious behaviors.

We have a continuous monitoring system with hardware and software updates from Cyberasurety and have had a good relationship with them for several years. Now we struggle to get hold of someone to come out to us to talk about our subscription and potential upgrades. Do they not need the business, or are they understaffed?

We have just moved our online virus-checking solution away from Cyberasurety. After years with them, the cracks are starting to show. There are more frequent intrusions and malware attacks than ever before – I guess that’s coming from state-sponsored hacking and next-gen AI. There are also other players in the live and adaptive network protection scene. Cyberasrety seem to devote fewer resources to sales and account support – well, at least in my region. They also need to look at their pricing structure.
